Andy Warhol: A Deep Dive
My collection of information about the artist Andy Warhol
Andy is on my list because I think a lot more went down at the Factory than people know. Mick Jagger is in the E files and his wife Bianca Jagger spent a lot of time with Andy at Studio 54.

Born to working-class Rusyn immigrant parents in Pittsburgh, Warhol began his career as a successful commercial artist in New York before transitioning to fine art. Key allegations against Andy Warhol include:
The “Factory” Exploitation:
Warhol was frequently accused of being exploitative, detached, and cruel to the eclectic group of people—artists, addicts, and socialites—who frequented his studio, known as “The Factory”
Personal Life & Conduct:
Claims exist that Warhol was deeply detached, evidenced by his failure to visit his mother on her deathbed. He was also implicated in a 1984 situation involving his bodyguard, who claimed to have helped cover up a relationship between Warhol and Jon Gould.

Radical feminist Valerie Solanas shot Warhol in 1968, driven by the delusion that he was conspiring against her
